Head of UX


Leadership and Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a UX vision and strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

  • Lead and inspire a team of UX designers, researchers, and developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

  • Define UX processes, best practices, and standards to ensure consistent, high-quality user experiences.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to align UX efforts with business objectives.

User Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct user research activities to gain insights into user behavior, needs, and preferences.

  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative research methods, such as interviews, surveys, and analytics, to inform design decisions.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX research and design.

UX Design and Prototyping:

  • Lead the design process, from concept development to wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
    Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with user needs and business goals.

  • Collaborate with designers to ensure consistent visual and interaction design across different platforms and devices.

  • Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights.

Usability Testing and Evaluation:

  • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of designs.

  • Interpret test results and translate findings into actionable recommendations for design improvements.

  • Champion a user-centric mindset within the organization, advocating for the importance of usability and user feedback.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of UX design into the development process.

  • Communicate UX strategies, concepts, and design decisions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or any certification in this domain.

  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in UX design, with a focus on digital products and services.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

  • Proficiency in user research methodologies, usability testing, and data analysis.

  • Expertise in UX design tools like Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or similar.

  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
