SENIOR UI/UX DESIGNER
Trential is a National Blockchain Project funded company, incubated at IIT Kanpur, envisioned to build e-governance solutions using blockchain technology. At the National Blockchain Project, we researched, innovated, and adopted cutting edge blockchain technology suitable for Indian governance models, and Trential brings that research to market.
Key Responsibilities
Designing the brand guidelines and UI standard guidelines and ensure UI consistency throughout the applications
Work closely with engineering to ensure accurate, high-quality feature implementation. Identify UX problems, and devise design solutions and manage the implementation of solutions
Work iteratively on initial concepts, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes developed by user research, marketplace and behavior trends, and your best ideas optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
Take a user-centered design approach to research, sketching ideas, prototyping and testing user experiences
Working with product owners to realize the vision by contributing your own ideas
Work closely with the leadership team to drive the product roadmap
Be an early employee at a growing startup and help shape the team culture
Requirements
3+ years of professional UX design experience
Highly proficient in design and interactive prototyping tools such as Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite
Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter who actively seeks ways to improve the customer experience, both visually and functionally.
Experience in collaborating and playing a lead role with other designers, as well as mentoring/leadership
Demonstrable strong UI design skills through a portfolio of previous examples
