Growth and Strategy Manager

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Working with leadership on strategic planning to define growth goals and objectives for the company.

  • Conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc.

  • Creating reports on key metrics to determine the company’s progress in meeting its goals

  • Identifying new business opportunities that align with the company’s strategic goals

  • Responsible for optimizing the revenue funnel and understanding the critical roles of customer growth, acquisition, retention, and upsell.

  • Developing strategies to increase customer retention by identifying customer needs and providing excellent services.

  • Planning, implementing, and managing proposed recommendations and projects.

  • Plan and look after all paid advertising campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, and display marketing.

  • Present findings and recommendations to the team members on a regular basis.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices related to the self-sovereign identity market

  • Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure alignment of growth initiatives with overall business objectives.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR


  • 3+ years of experience in business administration, management consulting, and strategic planning

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related stream, graduation from a Tier 1 management institute preferred.

  • Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures.

  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively articulate complex ideas and build stakeholder relationships.

  • A solid understanding of financial metrics and the ability to analyze financial data to make informed business decisions.

  • Strong project management skills to effectively manage timelines, resources, and deliverables, with knowledge of management Tools, such as JIRA.

  • A strong understanding of marketing and sales principles, including customer acquisition, retention, and conversion.
